The link to the abstract submission form is in the Registration.
Abstracts are due by May 19. Students will be contacted about acceptances by May 25, with further instructions for sending slides.
Each student will be allotted 5 minutes for their presentation. Students who end early will be able to answer questions from the audience with the extra time. Students will be able to show one slide during their presentation. The slide should be in a research poster format. Slides will be included on the poster gallery (.PDF or .PPT) during the event for viewing. A team of scientists from colleges, universities, and companies will provide feedback on the presentations using this rubric.
After the symposium, students who presented will be emailed a digital certificate and a summary of the feedback from reviewers.
