  • Weather permitting: Join us for a causal lakeside dinner at Memorial Union Terrace @ 5pm—featuring one of the best views on campus! Each guest will be responsible for their meal. Patio/cafeteria food and beverages are available for purchase.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Tapas Talks begin promptly at 10:30 AM.
  • You have 7 minutes to present and 2 minutes for questions.
    • You will receive a warning at 6 mins (1 min left to present), and 7 mins (time for questions).
    • You will be asked to move on at 9 mins.
  • Be familiar with the roster. Each presenter will briefly introduce the next presenter by name.
