Madhushree Ghosh is Vice-President, Strategic Alliances and Projects at NeoGenomics Laboratories. Prior to NEO, Madhu held strategic leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, QIAGEN, AltheaDx and Enigma Diagnostics, leading multiple successful oncology NGS (CDx) and infectious diseases’ diagnostics regulated product launches and commercialization. A passionate women-in-science activist, the daughter of refugees and an immigrant herself, Madhu regularly mentors emerging women leaders of color in science, and is an invited speaker to global biotech and pharma discussions on gender pay parity.
A former champion of the Southern California Thermo Fisher Scientific W-ERG, and current advocate at Women@Neo, Madhu has a PhD in biochemistry and a postdoctoral fellowship from Johns Hopkins University, an Executive MBA certification in Global Negotiations and Conflict Management from Thunderbird University and an MBA certification in Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
