At his first attempt in a University setting, Roman was academically suspended. After going to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Roman was able to build an academic portfolio and was accepted into University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in the Spring of 2018. With persistence, determination, and the guidance of Dr. Merkel, Roman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in May of 2020. Following his graduation from UW-Green Bay, Roman was accepted to Drexel University and is pursuing his master’s In Immunology. Afterwards, Roman plans on applying to PhD programs.
